Customers must sign in to place an order and provide accurate details so XFarmAI can verify, deliver and assign the correct sensors or gateways to their account.

These terms apply when customers purchase environmental monitoring devices, use data services and monitor their farms through the XFarmAI customer portal.

Price and availability
Device and service-plan prices are shown in VND. The system verifies product status, price and inventory at checkout and may reject unavailable items.
Payment methods
Customers may choose COD or manual bank transfer. VietQR only fills the account, amount and order reference; payment is recognized after manual verification by Admin.
Order fulfilment
New orders await confirmation. XFarmAI records processing, shipping and completion in the order history; installation or device activation is arranged separately when required.
Cancellation, returns and warranty
Customers can cancel while the system permits. Returns, sensor or gateway warranty and any field-inspection costs depend on the product, device condition and policy published at purchase time.
Devices and farm data
Once assigned by Admin, customers may only access sensors and gateways linked to their account. Soil moisture, nutrient, temperature and other environmental history is retained according to the active data plan.
