To process orders, provide support, enforce device ownership, show telemetry history according to the active data plan and respond to customer requests.
Access boundaries
Customers can only access orders and devices owned by their account. Operational data is available only to authorized administrators.
Storage and security
Passwords are hashed; sessions use tokens and secure cookies. The service applies access control, input validation and rate limiting on customer-configured infrastructure.
Customer rights
Customers may ask to access, update or request appropriate handling of personal information by contacting XFarmAI. Certain transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
The system may use hosting, image storage and VietQR generation providers. Shared data is minimized; personal buyer details are not required to generate VietQR.
